We manufacture fully automatic computerized electronic control panels for Wet Mix Macadam Plant operation and control.

Our panels are compact, pre-wired, user friendly, easy to operate and encompassing all the features to meet the M.O.R.T & H (M.O.S.T.) guidelines. We also manufacture tailor made panels to meet the international customer’s specific needs.

Features :

• Panel body fabricated from CRC sheet and duly powder coated.
• All controls are in easy reach of the operator.
• Panel can be operated in fully automatic mode or manual mode.
• Precisely controls mixing of aggregates, sand and water to produce homogenous mixture as per the required job mix formula.
• Heavy duty push buttons, toggle switches, knobs & levers are placed in logical manner / sequence for operating and controlling the plant.
• With in built safety devices like fuses, MCB, MCCB, relays, over load protection, emergency stop button etc.
• Indicating devices like lamps, meters etc. for no flow, main power supply, variable speed and other constant speed motors.
• Mimic display ensures the functioning status of all components of the plant.
• Panel has the features of computer interfacing and provided with printer serial port and USB port.
